• Ownership: All content, including video lectures, PDFs, quizzes, code snippets, and the "Paradigm Confab" brand, is the exclusive intellectual property of Paradigm Confab.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, share, or resell any course materials. Any violation constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination and legal action.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
• Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by banking networks.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• 7-Day Guarantee: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have viewed less than 20% of the course content.
• Non-Refundable: Refund requests made after 7 days or after a certificate has been issued are strictly non-refundable.
• Process: To request a refund, email support@paradigmconfab.com with your transaction details.
6. Certification
• Completing Requirements: Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all course modules and assessments.
• Validity: While our courses are industry-relevant, Paradigm Confab is a private entity. Our certificates do not constitute a degree from a UGC-recognized university unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
• Harass other students or instructors.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access content you have not purchased.
8. Limitation of Liability
• "As Is" Basis: Services are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• No Professional Advice: Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradigm Confab’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the courses ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
